Integrative Care
Proudly ranked among our Country's oldest and most-trusted resources for integrative healthcare, diagnostics and disruptive alternative mental health and therapeutic recommendations.
Who is the Compassion Center?
Founded in Eugene, Oregon 2001, Compassion Center is an Oregon-headquartered medical clinic system serving several US states specializing in integrative healthcare, advanced DNA sequencing, specialty diagnostics and clinical assessments with: program recommendations, referrals, treatment plan development and management services all wrapped up into a single affordable, accessible and compassionate program delivered right into stakeholders’ palms.
Regardless if you are a patient, or an integrative provider, Compassion Center can empower you on your journey to wellness optimization, providing a higher quality of life for patients while educating and empowering the next generation of integrative healthcare professionals to shift away from disease management, insurance paradigms to serve wellness optimization.
Compassion Center is a 501(c)(3) Public Charity, and is a Management Services Organization (MSO) dedicated to empowering providers who are empowering their patients through CIFR, professional CME education, patient advocacy and healthcare innovations that categorically serve terminally ill, categorically complex and otherwise disadvantaged populations. In that regard, the organization provides program services through outreach programs, educational events, pop-up clinics, mobile clinics, specialized house-calls, affiliates and brick-and-mortar clinics, among other specialty programs. For over twenty two years, Compassion Center has unapologetically served all those who have asked us, and qualified, and continues to innovate and even implement bleeding-edge programs and technologies that bridge the divide and fill gaps between critical access and affordable care, all in the name of patients, by the patients.
Recognizing that Integrative Healthcare is the Future, Compassion Center is on the forefront of disruptive innovation, leading the logical path of care for categorically complex, terminally ill and other disadvantaged populations by bringing better care to the field, to the home, and to the office, when and where its needed most because an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. If one doesn't know better, how can they really be expected to do better?
"Set an example, then prove that the model can be duplicated and expanded; replicate the process, and repeat it over and over again until the imminent demand is no longer outweighing the need."
- James B. Creel, Chairman

For Patients: Compassion Center (MSOplus, IntegrativeECS and Teach1Serve10) has amalgamated an elite team of fully licensed, trained and equipped subject-matter experts and social service professionals, driving the change we all need to see with our patients in mind, compiling the resources necessary to empower them in situ. Get to know Compassion Center today, we have never been more focused on the future of wholeness.
For your convenience, Compassion Center provides a sliding scale, and a larger variety of service options ranging from extremely low-cost self-service options to all-in concierge case management and every level in between, because we feel an empowered patient is a “happy patient”, just like our empowered providers are “profitable and proficient providers”, and all are true testaments to our success. The Compassion Center’s basic “self-service” option is initially billed through the mobile app with multiple levels/tiers of paid-upgrades that are available along the way such as state-program registration***, and individual case management which also includes registering with the state***, integrative case management with your Primary Care Provider (PCP), social services, child protective services, and more as long as it is within the scope of our providers and advocates: We care.
While Compassion Center still helps qualifying patients obtain medical cannabis recommendations- in some local areas remaining to be one of the only clinics willing to serve medical cannabis patients- that is just a part, and is just the start of Compassion Center’s contribution to a patient’s wellness journey. However, one must be willing to adopt an entirely new lifestyle and change the environment and/or influences that promoted the (dis)ease in the first place. One’s own self-realization, discovery and subsequent balancing of one’s mind-body-spirit with one’s existing physical and mental situation is a critical step in establishing better, or proper care. One cannot ever heal unless they can really relax, breathe, disengage and begin to work on fixing what is broken from within. Heal with the Compassion Center, today.
Since 2001, the Compassion Center has been a community go-to-resource for professional CME education, patient advocacy, expert guidance and healthcare innovation. Specializing in the incubation of community-based programs, class-room curriculum, enduring materials and organizations promoting integrative wholeness and inclusion, advanced education and care, the Compassion Center invests into others and the next-generation to implement the change we all need to see in the world: There is no such thing as competition in our business and we need all the help we can muster. Come join us, today.
In addition, Compassion Center is the parent organization of MSOplus (MSO+). MSOplus manages wellness plans, clinics and healthcare systems, in addition to the Center for Incubation & Findings Research (CIFR). CIFR, and its various other divisions specialize in researching empirical data as well as clinical programs that discover, integrate and quantify the benefits of medical cannabis or hemp with conventional medicine, and therapeutics.
Furthermore, CIFR also serves as the lead research institute for the Community-Based Clinical Cannabis Evaluation and Research Network (CBCCERN) providing administration, credentialing, infrastructure and information technology support. CBCCERN is a National network of principle investigators researching cannabis and other plant-based medicines in the alleviation of conditions that are not well-addressed by any FDA-approved therapies.
During its tenure, Compassion Center has helped innovate and/or research the efficacies of plant-based medicine, and has subsequently helped over >20,000 patients- and still counting- take their wellness journeys to the next level. How will Compassion Center help you take your wellness journey to the next level?
*** Additional state-fees also apply to state-program registration.
Recognizing that transportation and mobility can be a barrier for some, the Compassion Center commissioned the Center for Incubation & Findings Research to develop and launch a mobile application, MyCompassionCenter (available on GooglePlay and iTunes), to serve all areas of the country, and meet patients in the field, at their home or office, or when and where we they are felt and needed most: 24/7/365. No barriers, no judgements and no more excuses standing in the way of patients and their chosen methods of integrative medicine.
To compliment our new mobile app, the Compassion Center dispatches vetted, trained and certified specialists and diagnosticians right into the field when, and typically where*, they are needed most^ to perform any number of essential and simple processes from a simple diagnostic test to providing non-emergency medical, addiction and mental healthcare services*, referrals or other specialty transportation* depending on what the patient and provider consider to be the best course(s) of treatment given their current resources.
In some communities, Compassion Center provides specialized crisis intervention and care to patients out in the field, driving alternative narratives in basic healthcare, mental health and crisis response advancing both drug and alcohol addiction treatment in concert with compassion. While in other communities, Compassion Center provides its core services through affiliated clinics and its own brick-and-mortar locations, allowing for expanded regional coverages.

The Compassion Center is always available 24/7/365 for its patients through the MyCompassionCenter app and provides a wide range of integrative healthcare*, including but not limited to mental, physical and/or emotional health and social services from virtually almost anywhere that there is sufficient internet or cell-service. In addition to integrative care, Compassion Center specializes in helping evaluate patients’ needs, providing consultations, exams and referrals to local and specialty rehabilitation, respite, recovery and/or realignment programs that actually have a reputation for working, and can help patients arrange that kind of discrete care right from the palm of their hand without suffering the thought of embarrassment or judgment.
While the Compassion Center may have gotten it’s start by providing qualifying patients with medical cannabis recommendations, today, Compassion Center serves the public through a series of public-private partnerships, clinical joint-ventures, program incubations and management contracts that empower providers, clinics, healthcare facilities, recovery, respites and/or hospice centers under the MSOplus (MSO+) brand. Clinicians may also adopt the Compassion Center’s IntegrativeECS business model and begin extensive training that leads up to managing patients’ individualized clinical diagnostics and cannabinology integration under the IntegrativeECS brand.
For over 22 years, the Compassion Center has empowered patients, providers, communities and organizations, alike, with some of the most comprehensive and/or compassionate patient-centric programs in situ, solving a broad range of accessibility and affordability issues, while doing our part to reduce the burden on the tax-payer associated with our out-of-hand uncompensated care costs and true impacts of opioid addiction in the communities at-large.
Together, we can take a totally new direction and the Compassion Center and Center for Incubation & Findings Research intends to prove it.
