We are truly grateful you are here! From medical cannabis evaluations to dna/genomics/genetics sequencing and specialty diagnostics, referrals and recommendations, Compassion Center and our group of clinics and clinicians are here to serve you and your family’s wellness optimization needs. The Compassion Center was built for patients, by patients, in the name of patients, and we look forward to delivering 5-Star care to you as we redefine your patient experience, through education, empowerment and natural therapeutic interventions. If at any time you feel that you are receiving less than 5-Star service reach out and tell us by emailing us here.

If you are unsure what type of providers that you are seeking, keep in mind that Compassion Center provides the qualifying patient with referrals to integrative therapeutics, including but not limited to medical cannabis, psilocybin, adaptogens and other plant-based medicines, guiding everything from selection to dosing and therpeutic outcomes. Historically, managing recommendations for medical cannabis and other plant based medicines on a state and local level has allowed Compassion Center to meet our patients when and where they are. The Compassion Center aids qualified patients through providing physical examinations that typically last 10-20 minutes and take place every 9-12 months, or every 45 days for categorically complex patient cases. For those who cannot afford the already low fees for our value-added services, Compassion Center provides free consultations to qualifying patients through the Teach1Serve10.org Free Clinic Day Program that it produces with the Integrative Providers Association Conference Series, and can meet patients through telemedicine during those events to serve those who are unable to attend.

In contrast, for the patients seeking personalized integrations of medical cannabis into both their health and mental health care treatment plans, Integrative ECS provides comprehensive evaluations, and personalized management of individualized medical cannabis treatment plans, interventions leading our patients towards integrative wholeness and inclusion. If you are ready to take the next step, click on one of the buttons above.

Compassion Center: Starting our journey out as a patient-centric organization, today Compassion Center is the oldest established federally-recognized charity medical cannabis clinic system in the United States serving over 18 states. Compassion Center is dedicated to providing patients 5-Star Care by delivering an affordable and accessible experience while simultaneously supporting their interprofessional team of medical providers with coordinated care management services, interprofessional continuing education, advocacy, clinical and research coordination, leading to improved outcomes. Catering to those who are legitimately working within medical cannabis, psilocybin and psychedelics, and focusing on patient care and clinical applications of plant-based medicines, as well as the clinical integrations, dosing/administration and follow up procedures necessary to collect data, the Compassion Center fosters and steers programs to improve lives while simulataneously preventing abuse and diversion, and addressing patient and public safety considerations identified along the way. Through the Compassion Center’s Center for Incubation & Findings Research (CIFR), patients and providers are empowered with the latest trends and developments in technology and empiracle datasets, focusing the bleeding edge of program evolution on redirecting the patient experience back to wholeness.

Integrative ECS: An extension of Compassion Center, Integrative ECS provides specialty exams, clinical evaluations, consultations and treatment plans to redirect outcomes around higher standards of patient care, case management and higher quality of life for patients, and members of families, who experience any one or more pharmaceutical-resistant or treatment-resistant indications or they reach a threshold or barrier in alleviating pain, symptoms, physical impairments or chronic conditions related to any one or more categorically complex or terminal illnesses and/or diseases.

Teach1Serve10.org is a collaborative initiative between the Integrative Providers Association (IPA) and the Compassion Center, combining IPCE-accredited continuing education with clinical outreach, clinical practicums, and referrals to specialty providers. This disruptive initiative aims to enhance quality of life for underserved patient populations by reducing uncompensated care and addressing opioid abuse through viable alternatives for pain management, addiction, and complex care plans.

By partnering with continuing education conferences and integrating IPCE clinical practicums and other specialty programs, Teach1Serve10.org helps reduce the systemic breakdowns and financial burdens of uncompensated care on taxpayers. At the same time, Teach1Serve10.org tackles the opioid addiction crisis by offering non-opioid pain management solutions and connecting patients with specialists who can address complex care needs or categorically complex conditions that often lead to emergency room visits.

The Compassion Center is happy to split your lump payment into three smaller payments, but cannot extend any discounts to those on a payment plan as a matter of clinic policy and additional fees that we incur. If one is a legacy patient, meaning you have been to our Eugene, Oregon clinic in the past and seen us in person, we offer a “legacy” price for you that shows our appreciation for you trusting us with your care for so many years. If you would like to apply for the legacy pricing, and you have been here in the past, please just reach out to the scheduling office and request that discount by using the “Schedule Your Appointment by Clicking Here” link bove.

Helpful Hint: Compassion Center and Integrative ECS provide similar, however, albeit exclusive patient consultations/services to those seeking specific education, guidance, categorically complex care, case management or just recommendations to a State’s medical marijuana program. Depending on one’s needs, the entire (annual or semi-annual) process takes as little as ten minutes once one arrives for their appointment, or it can take on a whole new life while one explores themselves and their body’s endocannabinoid system, correcting an entire lifetime of cellular starvation over time. Meeting quarterly for one hour increments, where our trained, experienced professionals and/or practitioners guide you towards total human wholeness and wellness, leading you back towards health every step of the way.

Clinical Example: For instance, in 10 minutes, the Compassion Center will provide exams and recommendations for those who are qualified to use medical cannabis in their state, for case specific integrations of cannabis into an existing treatment plan. However, will not attempt to dive deep into any evaluation or advise patients on any clinical or environmental endocannabinoid deficiency during that 10 minute exam since there simply is not enough time.

Notice: If you wish to address a clinical endocannabinoid deficiency, obtain or review a genomics kit, or wish be consulted on your categorically complex case, terminal illness, pharmaceutically resistant condition or otherwise, the Compassion Center Staff encourage you to schedule an evaluation with our Endocannabinologist through the Integrative ECS scheduling link so a qualified case specialist is capable of personalizing a treatment plan around your unique situation. Remember, the more complicated the case in question, the more time is needed initially, and from time to time, to gain and maintain an understanding of your individual sitution.
